I have not received/I cannot find the confirmation. What do I do?

If you do not receive or cannot find the confirmation of your reservation, do not worry, you can check the "SPAM" section of your email. If it is not there either, you can contact our reservations department, reservas@checkinhotels.com, or call our reservations center at +34 93 765 77 57.

I want to modify or cancel my reservation. It can?

If you want to modify your reservation, you can contact us via e-mail, telephone or Whastapp. If you want to consult or cancel your reservation, you can also do it in the "My reservations" section of our website, entering your e-mail and the locator you received in your confirmation.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can see the cancellation conditions for your reservation at any time during the reservation process, in addition to being equally detailed in the reservation confirmation that you will receive in your email once your reservation is complete. We currently have 3 types of cancellation.

Very flexible: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the date of arrival at the establishment. If there is no presentation by the client during the date of entry, it will be considered a NO SHOW, and 100% of the stay will be charged.

Flexible: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival at the establishment. For cancellations within the period of 7 days before the date of entry, Checkin Hotels will charge 50% of the amount of the stay. If there is no presentation by the client during the date of entry, it will be considered a NO SHOW, and 100% of the stay will be charged.

Non-refundable: It does not accept changes or cancellations and payment must be made at the time of confirming the reservation. Prices valid for individual reservations exclusively, not applicable to groups and/or special events.

I have a promotional code, how do I use it?

Promotional codes must be entered in the corresponding section (PROMOCODE) of the search engine on our website, at the time you select the hotel, the dates and the number of rooms and people.

Do I need a credit card to formalize the reservation?

Yes, we ask for the credit card as a reservation guarantee. In case you have a flexible rate, the total charge of the reservation will be made at the time of the client's arrival at the establishment (during check-in). The hotel reserves the right to charge the proportional part of the reservation (according to cancellation conditions) once the free cancellation period has ended; And in case of having a "Non-Refundable" rate, it does not admit changes or cancellations and the payment must be made at the time of confirming the reservation.

And if I don't have a credit card, how can I make a reservation?

If you do not have a valid credit or debit card, you can contact our reservations department and request payment by bank transfer. Contact us via e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp.

VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

How much is the tourist tax in Catalonia? Is it included in the price of the reservation?

The tourist tax (€0.50 per person/day in 3-star hotels and €1 per person/day in 4-star hotels) is not included in the price of the reservation. This rate does not apply to persons under 16 years of age and is only applicable for the first 7 days of stay. To be paid on arrival at the hotel.

How much is the tourist tax in the Balearic Islands? Is it included in the price of the reservation?

The eco-tax in the Balearic Islands (€2 per person/day in 3-star hotels) is not included in the price of the reservation.

How much is the tourist tax in Tunisia? Is it included in the price of the reservation?

The “taxe de séjour” (3 dinars per person/day) is not included in the price of the reservation.
