The measure will take effect from tomorrow, October 31 and until at least November 9, when the authorities rule on the restrictions due to the pandemic.
The golf course, as well as its restaurant and terraces, will continue to be open to offer locals the possibility of practicing a safe sport and enjoying its gastronomy.
The Antequera Golf Group is forced to close its 4-star hotel after the announcement of the perimeter closure of Antequera and Andalusia, which prevents them from receiving visitors. The measure will begin on October 31 and will remain so until at least November 9, when the authorities pronounce on the measures for the pandemic.
For its part, the 5-star Hotel Convento la Magdalena, which has remained open for holding events, will also close until further notice, when meetings can be held.
The golf course and its restaurant and terraces will continue to be open to continue offering Antequera the possibility of practicing a safe and healthy sport in the open air, as well as a gastronomic experience that is a benchmark in the region.
There are many human and economic efforts that the Antequera resort has made to keep its establishments open, but given the impossibility of entering the city and given the characteristics of the Antequera Hotel, the largest in the region with 180 rooms, there is no more remedy than to stop offering their services temporarily.
The hotel management takes the opportunity to give "thanks to all the team that during these months have worked giving their best so that everything has been a success and have offered all our clients an impeccable experience" certified by the authorities with the Seal Safe Andalusia.
"It is our turn to be responsible once again to all and we want to convey our encouragement to colleagues in the sector", they assure from the management of the Antequera Golf Group, who remind that they will continue to assist the public for future reservations or any questions on the phone 951 060 400 .
