The measure will be effective from tomorrow, October 31, until at least November 9, when the authorities will decide on the restrictions due to the pandemic. The golf course, as well as its restaurant and terraces, will remain open to offer the people of Antequera the possibility of practicing a safe sport and enjoying its gastronomy. The Antequera Golf Group is forced to close its 4 star hotel after the announcement of the perimeter closure of Antequera and Andalusia, which prevents them from receiving visitors. The measure will begin on October 31 and will remain so until at least November 9, when the authorities will decide on the measures due to the pandemic. For its part, the 5-star Hotel Convento la Magdalena, which has remained open for events, will also close until further notice, when meetings can be held. The golf course and its restaurant and terraces will remain open to continue offering the people of Antequera the possibility of practicing a safe and healthy outdoor sport, as well as a gastronomic experience that is a reference in the region. The Antequera resort has made many human and economic efforts to keep its establishments open, but given the impossibility of entering the city and the characteristics of the Antequera Hotel, the largest in the region with 180 rooms, there is no choice but to temporarily stop offering its services. The hotel management takes the opportunity to thank "all the team that during these months have worked giving their best so that everything has been a success and have offered all our customers an impeccable experience" certified by the authorities with the Sello Andalucía Segura (Safe Andalusia Seal). "It is our turn once again to be responsible to everyone and we want to convey our encouragement to our colleagues in the sector," say the management of Antequera Golf Group, who remember that they will continue to serve the public for future bookings or any questions on telephone 951 060 400.
